Usually we can ship to any country will allows E-Liquids into their country by law.
How to check my order status?
To check your order status, simply login to your account here. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
How to cancel an order?
To cancel your order, you need to send us an email or call us ASAP. If we dispatched your order, you can still return the item back to us, we will full refund your money excluding the shipping cost.
Will my order ship in the same day?
Our Royal Mail and UPS drivers daily pick up time is 2.30pm, therefore if your order is placed after 2.00pm it won't be shipped the same day.

We use PayPal and bank transfer for all payments.

Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2:00PM GMT. (Orders will still be processed after this time but will not be sent until the following working day.)**
**PLEASE NOTE we do not take any responsibility for any duties, taxes and customs charges or any parcels that have been seized, stopped or destroyed at customs, no refunds or exchanges will be made if this happens as it is your responsibility to resolve this issue.

Any faulty products or merchandise recieved please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with the faulty item still intact with photographic proof.
We may ask you to send the product back to us to investigate the faults to that product to understand what went wrong.
Please check the parcel upon receiving from courier. If there is an error in what you receive then return it to the courier and contact us immediately. Once the parcel has been signed for, it is then the responsibilty of the receiver to have made sure everything is correct before accepting the parcel.
